Recently, CaseApp got in touch with me and offered to send me out a couple of their phone cases for review on my blog, and I of course said yes! The phone cases they sent me are so beautiful, and I can never find a case I really love for my phone usually, nevermind one which fits in with my general aesthetic, whereas the two I was sent out fit in with me perfectly and I really love them!
WHATS THE SERVICE LIKE?
CaseApp (you can find their website here) offer amazing personalised iphone cases and laptop skins for a whole variety of phone/laptop sizes. They have such an amazing selection of designs for both laptops and phones! I chose to receive two phone cases, so I’m not sure on the laptop skins however I am sure they are amazing if they at all reflect the quality of the phone cases. On CaseApp’s website, you can choose to edit a blank phone case with your own images, phrases and decorations, build off one of their templates or choose to simply go with one of their many designs. The possibilities are endless with the customisation, which allows you to have a super unique phone case which is personal to you. This means you can add quotes onto your case, your own image or even your name! They also offer tougher cases which are more protective of your phone.
When I ordered the cases, they arrived at my house within around three days, which was really fast and prompt delivery. They were packaged well to ensure no damage was done to them during delivery, and they looked exactly as they did on the website! I am so happy with these cases, they’re really pretty and the pastel/muted tones in them are perfect for me!
Can we all please appreciate how my nail varnish matches the phone cases? Definitely not planned.
The first case I ordered was the blue dot case, which is one of their designs. Some of the designs you are able to customise, others you are not – you can’t actually personalise this one, but that was okay with me as I liked it as it was. The case is in a matte finish, although they also offer glossy; I chose matte because it gives you a wayyy better grip on your phone (an essential if you’re a bit clumsy like me!) and it also doesn’t show up any fingerprints on the back. The cases colours are so pigmented and the design is really nice, it looks very high quality. The case fits onto my Iphone 8 perfectly – the buttons and camera aren’t obscured, and the case is built with good access to the buttons. It fits tightly to your phone, yet allows you to remove it with ease. I find not all phone cases have this quality – I have a gorgeous one with cats on from Cath Kidston, but it is really difficult to remove and I’ve accidentally snapped the slim part around the top of the camera.
I then ordered the cactus garden case, which might be my favourite! The print on this is stunning – it’s the same amazing fit and quality as the other case, but I might prefer the print even more! It’s perfect for summer, and perfect for me as I seem to have a bit of an obsession with cacti and succulents at the moment! I love the pastel/muted colours in these two cases – if you can’t tell by my blog, I’m not really one for very bright colours, I only go for pastel shades or darker tones and these phone cases fit in to that bracket really nicely while still being the perfect case for summer! Again, I got this in a matte finish to ensure it had a good grip. You can definitely tell the quality of these cases is really good – they feel very substantial and fit to your phone really well.
