If you know me, you’ll know I love stationery. I basically hoard it, and recently I’ve been compiling together a list of stationary which I really want to get my hands on – I’ve been telling myself it’s a viable purchase because it’ll inspire me to revise and do well in my GCSEs (it’s more likely to sit on my desk and look pretty, but the thought was there). Anyway, today I decided that I’d share with you all the stationary I’ve wanted to get recently because at least then I’ll be able to show you all some truly beautiful pens and highlighters and pencil cases and notebooks and will also have a place to see exactly what I’m wanting if it does arise that I buy myself these things! Brief warning, I can talk about pens for an almost record-breaking amount of time, so grab yourself a snack and get ready to read quite the long post.
All images are not mine but will be linked to where I found them from!
Zebra Mildliners – I actually already have a pack of these, the cool set (blue packaging), and I’m so in love. Huge thanks to my secret santa for those! Naturally, I want all of the other packs and so soon will be buying the fluorescent ones, which are the pink pack, and the warm tones in the yellow pack. Mildliners confuse me slightly as there seem to be so many different packs, but as far as I’m aware these are the main ones and I really want these ones!
Zebra Sarasa Pens – If you haven’t noticed, there’s a touch of a running theme with Zebra stationary, and that’s because it’s so gorgeous. I really love the pastel colours in this set and everybody raves about how nicely these pens write, plus there are so many variations; I want to get a black one too for my notes at school, however these ones are my favourite. I believe they’re called ‘milky’ colours, however I’m not sure. The packaging is also really cute! I love all the variations of the shades of green, blue and pink. I also like that there’s a white pen because you can write on dark paper with it. These would also look so nice in my planner as it has a similar colour scheme.
Pilot Frixion Erasable Fibre Tip Pens – These look really good for making revision posters and they actually do erase really well and don’t make your page go bobbly (I’ve had a frixion pen before), I’d love all these colours as I think they’re really nice and I haven’t got any really nice colouring style pens (
this is a lie, I have about fifteen packs but none are erasable…)
Homecube Pink Pencil Case – My pencil-case is still perfectly functioning, you can see it in this post here, where I said I liked how big and roomy it was and how the fabric wasn’t too stiff so you could fit in lots of things. I still do like that pencil case, but as per usual around this time of year I find myself needing a new one and I’ve found this one which I think is great. On the inside of the lid there are so many pockets and there’s a lot of room for all sorts of bits and bobs, I really like the pen flap in the middle too. I prefer having an organised pencil case and this will work perfectly! I’m really hoping to get this soon.
MERSUII Gel Ink Pens – I haven’t really got any nice gel pens and a friend of mine has these so I know they’re good, plus they have a really cute design and they’re nice and slim which I always like, bulky pens aren’t my favourite.
Pastel Stabilo Fineliners – I have the normal rainbow set of these fineliners and love them, so I’d really like to get my hands on the pastel set too.
Pilot Frixion Light Soft Erasable Highlighters – Wow, look at that. Some more highlighters and more pastel pens. Does this even surprise you? These are really cute and I know lots of people use them, plus they’re erasable which is great for using in textbooks or if you’re just a mess like me and can’t stop making mistakes 24/7.
6 Part Expanding File – This is a teeeeeny file meant for storing receipts but I’ve come up with genius idea of storing revision cards/flash cards in there because then I can take them around with me to revise on the go (
I am such a liar, I make them and basically never use them) and they won’t get damaged. Also, tabs for different subjects or different topic areas. ORGANISED.
Stabilo Swing Cool Highlighters – More highlighters, from the girl who already has an entire drawer full. Literally I need all the highlighters, I love how these ones look!
I hope you’ve all enjoyed this highly rambly and maybe very very boring post but at least you’re getting another insight into my stationary obsession. I have made myself want to buy so much stationary writing this post so keep your eyes peeled for a haul. Are you a fellow stationary lover?
