Since Autumn is nearly over and done with, which is both a sad thing and something I am very excited for, I’ve decided to post some of the pictures I took this autumn. I’ve loved this autumn, it’s been really special and where I live has looked so pretty with all the leaves; while school has been stressful this season because of my mocks which are coming up and the general stresses of year 11, I think I’ve dealt with it okay. I’ve enjoyed autumn so much, and these are a few pictures I took over the season, most of which are featured on my Instagram (@lovesophblog_) if you wanted to go check those out.
This was a picture I took this evening as the sun was setting, and I thought it looked so pretty. I got some new velux windows in my room this autumn, and they’re so good for taking pictures of the sunset from!
This was a picture I took when we went to see the Christmas display at my local garden centre (blogmas post to come!) and I’m really happy with it. I think it’s got lovely autumnal colours in it. A bit of a classic leaves post, but autumnal nonetheless!
This little guy was a Shetland pony (I think) that I saw a few weekends ago at an outdoors shop. I couldn’t pass him by without giving him a stroke and taking a picture of him, he’s so cute!
This is another picture of a sunset I took recently, again out of my new windows. I really love the sunsets outside the back of my house, the colours are so nice and the trees always look pretty.
How could I pass by the opportunity to showcase my FAVOURITE little kitten in the world? Her fur has some lovely autumnal colours in it, and she’s always sleeping on my bed when it’s cold looking so cosy.
The final picture from my autumn were these fireworks! At the start of November I went to see a bonfire and firework display with my friends and the fireworks were great. We had some great laughs and it was such a lovely night.
Did you enjoy this post? How was your autumn? If you have any similar posts I’d love to check them out so make sure to leave me a link in the comments. I know I’m not the best photographer in the world, but I like to take some pictures and figured I’d show you some. Would you like it if I made this into a seasonal series of posts? I think it was okay, so maybe you’ll like it?
I won’t see you now until Friday which is when blogmas posts start, and I’m super excited for that! I’m doing blogmas from 1st-24th December this year, which will be stressful as I’m applying to 6th forms and have my mocks after Christmas so revision is going to be something I’m doing lots of!! If I miss a day or two, try not to shout at me but most posts are scheduled so it should run smoothly.
